Study Successful publishes practical editorial guides about learning. This page explains the standards behind them.

Purpose and scope. The site translates research on memory, attention, planning and reading into everyday study habits. It is education journalism, not clinical, psychological or academic advice. Nothing here replaces guidance from your school, university or doctor.

Sourcing. Claims about how learning works should rest on public evidence: peer reviewed studies, systematic reviews, university teaching resources or reputable public guidance. We prefer sources that can be checked without a subscription. When a finding is preliminary, contested or based on a small sample, the article says so. We do not present anecdote as evidence and we do not invent studies or experts.

Independence. Study Successful is an independent publication. We do not accept payment for coverage, sponsored placement or affiliate links inside articles. Visual material is AI generated and illustrative; it is never presented as a photograph of a real person, place or experiment.

Accuracy and corrections. Every page is reviewed before publication for clarity and for the match between claim and source. Errors can still happen. If you believe a statement is wrong, misleading or missing important context, contact us with the article title, the quoted sentence and a public source. We assess each request on the evidence, not on the number of messages. Confirmed errors are corrected in the text, and substantive changes are described on the page.

Review. Articles are revisited when the underlying guidance changes or when a correction is accepted. Suggestions for new topics are welcome, though we cannot cover everything. The goal is guidance a careful reader could verify and then adapt to their own study routine.
