I think procrastination is a bad habit. I also experienced such a case, and I find it not easy to get rid of the habit. Until now, I'm still trying to find ways to overcome procrastination habit. Now I try to not wait for motivation, but to create and encourage the motivation to focus on what I was doing, especially if it is an important priority for me. I agree to "Get in the flow". Thanks for your comment. I think what happens here is some sort of Parkinson's law effect: People have a lot of time, so the work expands big time - in their head.
