Yes, bring back something to the community, learn new skill, meet different people and be inspired by them. That' s what I experienced during the last months while waiting for my work permit to be abale to do my internship. I'm a foreigner here in Europe. I have to live on my own, far away from my family, so impossible to go on holiday with them now, impossible to travel as I'm still a student, and impossible to have a job to gain money as as a foreigner, it's not easy to legally have a job.
