Great interview! I actually managed to get a place on the ‘Learning on Steroids’ program and I hope it’ll teach me some new studying techniques and make me a more productive and pro-active learner. I like what he had to say about “small steps with patience rather than giant leaps.” I think that’s the best way to encourage development.
