Stefan:

Yes, it is important to experiment, take calculated risks, and try to be flexible with your tasks.

What works in one situation may not be so effective in another situation: it is relative, really.

If you are having a quiet dinner with your girlfriend in a cosey corner of a restaurant on a Sunday evening, she may not appreciate it if you are constantly bombarded with phone calls and you also keep on making phone calls. Not at all. Maybe this is a time to shut the phone off and enjoy a quiet dinner and make interesting conversation. It can be a matter of social etiquette as well.

On the other hand, it may be okay if you are with your girlfriend on a bus that is overcrowded and you really don't need to talk at all. You can use this opportunity to complete your daily tasks. Return those phone calls, listen to your messages, text all you want, and get things done. I am sure your girlfriend can use this time to do the same or something similar. So, it really depends on the situation. You have to use your good judgment and make sure you don't offend. Thanks for your post, by the way, it is great of you to keep on writing and contributing like this. Congratulations!

I think you didn't focus on this. There are typos you need to correct. But I liked this article :)
