I always Command+H (OSX only) all apps I’m not using, when I need to focus

works great and you can continue that other app anytime by just switching back

Nice to say that! Internet isn’t a place for good focus. Shut off the internet when you need to focus!

This just goes to show how many distractions there are out there, especially on the Internet. Focusing is one of the hardest things to do, period.
