The hundredth post on StudySuccessful, this is it. When I was starting in may 2009, I didn’t thought I would make it to 100 posts, I was brainstorming ideas and I didn’t got any further than 20 I think. But it didn’t stopped by 20 posts, StudySuccessful continued. And now here we are, 100 posts! Awesomeness all over the place! And for this memorable day, I made something special, my very first ebook.
The ebook is called: Nine ways to get motivated for college
It is about how to get motivated for college and how to keep motivated. I will discuss:
- Sleep; the importance of sleep
- Autonomy
- Mastery
- Purpose
- Fresh air
- The Power of a shower
- Superman breakfast
- Enjoy
- Your tip; This one is special. I gather ways to get motivated from everybody I talk to, so if you have a tip, share it here in the comments and I will put you in it (with link), so you are featured in an ebook!
The ebook is a little guide to get motivated for college. This ebook doesn’t contain the ordinary tips, but it asks you to think a little bit out of the box and it requires you to think about different types of motivation. With this ebook, you are one step further in your journey to conquer the game called college!
Get it here, opt-in your email and you will recieve the ebook for free completely.
Improve your motivation and get easier in colleges like the Devry University.

I was just reading though your new e-book and (I think) I found a small mistake … well, it’s a very common mistake. At the page 12, you’re giving your recipe for a superman-breakfast. And you’re explaining spinach contains lots of iron…
Well, not really :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinach#Spinach_in_popular_culture
Iron is found in large quantity in cheese, ’cause of the milk, and red meat. But vegetables aren’t usually good iron providers.
But a cheese, spinach and eggs breakfast would be a strange mixture, wouldn’t it ? ^^
But that doesn’t matter for your point; having a adequate breakfast is important for the brain.
By the way, your e-book is great, just as your blog. Keep continuing !!
[I am not a native speaker - you probably saw it - so please excuse my bad writting skills]
Bastien! Thanks for the correction. Actually, it can be a really good mix. I used to eat the superman breakfast with a slice of cheese on it and than put in on a slice of bread. Love it.
Thank you for the kind words!

Just downloaded the eBook! I can’t wait to read it. Thanks for providing it for free!
@Bastien:
It says “usually”. Spinach is one of the exceptions:

I think if you are going to post on someone’s blog about an error in their book you should at least have some knowledge of the subject in question. It is common knowledge that leafy green veggies are rich in Iron. Thank you Tyler for putting the link up for whatever fool wants to question that fact.
Stefan I admire your patience by not flipping out and keeping that on your message board. I am sorry however that there are severely ignorant people that take up soooooo much space in this world. I appreciate you taking the time to write your ebook, I love reading anything I can about motivation, study skills, personal development, and success. Keep the good ACCURATE info flowing and eat your spinach, it is RICH IN IRON.
Haha thanks Jake! I saw one of my commenters already responded to it and saying it wasn’t true, so yeah, I kept it on
Thanks for the kind words!
